I use have used this app since 2020 to inform my customers of inventory issues, holiday announcements, etc. and it has been a great little app. However they just updated in Sept 2024 and it is now useless to me. All the templates are a list - so you have to click each one to actually see what it look like. It use to have almost unlimited space for announcements, now it is limited to about 40 characters (I did not count). regardless, I must now find a new app.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. We recently rolled out an update to enhance app performance and align with the latest Shopify standards. We understand your concern regarding the character limit—it was a temporary issue during the update, and it has now been fixed.

Additionally, we introduced new bar templates designed to perform up to 80% better than the previous ones. This is why we encouraged users to create new bars for the best results.

We apologize for not communicating these changes more effectively during the launch. Your input is invaluable, and we’re here to assist if you need help adapting to the new version.
