The reporting is great to use in tandem with shopify. It is more user-friendly and you can build on what you already have. The most important thing is the responsiveness from the support team. They respond immediately and go above and beyond. It is truly refreshing!
Very nice reporting app that is relatively powerful. When there is something that is not natively available the support for any customisations or issues is very good and extremely responsive. The AI generation, both for report creation and report summarising, is also really useful. I also really like the scheduling tools to send email reports as these act as useful controls on our inventory.
I would like to recognise Sviat who helped me in resolving all the issues that I had so far, and he was quick with the response and prompt solutions.
