The biggest strength of Assortion is hands down their customer service. They go above and beyond—always available, incredibly helpful, and quick to guide you through any situation to ensure a successful outcome. It feels like having a dedicated partner who genuinely cares about your business.
The app itself works very well once you get the hang of it. The UI is fairly straightforward and intuitive once you understand the flow, and the features make upselling and bundling seamless.
Overall, it’s a powerful tool backed by a truly outstanding support team. Highly recommended!
Really useful app to boost upsales and make good use of the cart drawer. Also, support is fantastic: Always super friendly, quick and helpful.
