There actually is a free trial - it starts automatically when you select a plan, just like all Shopify managed free trials.
We truly offer 3 days completely free, and the app is also free for partner development stores.

We’d really appreciate it if you could reconsider your review, as it affects our small business, and we do believe it’s not quite fair given that a trial is indeed available.
