I was having trouble with fraud orders getting through. Demi at support was very friendly and helpful about sharing with me in detail how the app works and advising me how to tweak it to block the rest of them, even petting me know about a beta feature that addresses my most difficult problem. I've been on the free plan for a while. It has blocked countries and ip addresses as needed. This week my site got hit by a new round of bots. Anna walked me through what was needed and helped set me up with new enhanced features. Just while we were on the chat, I noticed 6 blocks. Hooray for mitigating worthless traffic!

Reached out for help to prevent bots from testing credit cards on my Shopify store. Margaret was very helpful in adding a feature that prevents bots that go directly to my checkout page from checking out. Hopefully this will deter them from targeting my Shopify store!
