Negate ‑ Bot Protection

We have had Negate - Bot Protection for quite a while. We added the app originally to protect from Chinese bots that were creating a huge number of abandoned orders. Problem solved.
Recently, we changed our website theme and then paused for a short period of time. When we came back, an influx of bots from Ashburn, VA, were skewing our traffic numbers.
Kai was quick to respond and eliminate the bots. Great customer service beyond any other!

Our conversion numbers were taking a huge dive because of all of the China bot traffic. We installed Negate and saw them start being blocked right away but it was still only catching about half of them. I reached out to their customer service team and got a quick response from Kai who initiated a block on all China traffic and helped explain what was happening.
