We’ve been using this app for several years and have previously experienced occasional short periods of downtime due to an expired SSL certificate. Unfortunately, the same issue occurred again nearly two weeks ago, but this time it appears the app is facing deeper problems and is still not working. This ongoing outage has caused significant disruption to our business.

We requested an update with a rough timeline for resolution, but after waiting all week without an answer, we have no choice but to uninstall and switch to a different app.

The app stopped working and I have tried everything to get it back online. I tried contacting support but I just get error messages back. No communication from the company.

This is causing MAJOR issues with our websites and is costing us time and money. We have no choice but to switch apps now. Extremely unprofessional.
