We will be looking into other options as this app continues to crash and not work, while the "support" ignores us reaching out for assistance. This app was great until it wasn't. Why would we pay for something that hasn't been working properly for the last 3+ weeks?
Bold has helped us offer better pricing to our B2B customers without a lot of hassle. When I had a Bold/browser problem, Chintak stuck with it until it was solved. Thank you.
Bold Custom Pricing has been a great way for us to provide a dynamic, functional wholesale channel for our B2B customers on Shopify without having to invest in Shopify Plus as we are still growing to a level that justifies that level of investment. It's easy to use, affordable and the support team has been great.
