This is a really good app, we're still learning what it can do and applying it to ease the customer journey on our store.
Good support, it took a couple of days but they found and fixed a bug that was stopping it working.
The only negative I'd have is that it does take up alot of screen space so even on a laptop the UX could be better and on a mobile screen (80% of our traffic) the screen design means you can't even see 2 products properly. But in fairness I've not asked them to look at this yet so they might be able to improve that too.

We’d love for you to try our new Visual Editor, which we built to make the mobile experience smoother and more flexible. It allows you to design the mobile layout separately from desktop, so you can adjust or hide sections that don’t work well on smaller screens. Many merchants have told us this change alone made their store feel more natural and welcoming on mobile — and since most of your traffic comes from there, we believe it could really make a difference for you too.

There are many bundling apps out there but this is a great app for delivering something new in allowing customers to pick and choose and create own bundles by doing mix n match. This feature is not available in most other apps. Also the multi-step feature is great feature

We've been using Easify Product Options for over a year mainly as a build your own multi pack, and have been consistently impressed, so we were excited to try this new app from the same team. For our use case, it feels like Easify Options 2.0, packed with more advanced features and perfect for building multi-step box builders or more complex product flows. While it’s still early and missing a few customization options, the foundation is solid, and we’re looking forward to seeing how it evolves. Can’t wait to explore more as new features roll out!

Love this app so far - easy to use and gives me the much needed functionality to allow customers to build their own boxes that I’ve been wanting to add for some time. There is 1 feature currently missing I need but they are adding this next week and their customer support has been wonderful, very communicative and responsive!

Huge shoutout to Tracy & the dev team at Easify! I’m new to using the app & had several issues initially due to the heavy imagery on my webpage. Nonetheless, all of my “issues” and concerns were addressed and fixed in a timely manner! Everyone was so polite and didn’t hesitate to help me even though I had many requests. This is what great customer service should look like. Beautiful app with all the right features! I highly recommend!
I've been using Easify Options on our store for a while now and the team has always been quick to respond and super helpful. When I saw they had released the Box Builder app, I figured I would give it a try. I have been looking for a way to add a customization system to our survival kits we sell, and this looked like it might do the trick
So far, the app is intuitive and easy to use. For being a brand new release, I was surprised at how fast and light the app was. The box building experience was responsive, quick and easy to use. The UX is great, especially since the recent update which fixed my only complaint involving the mobile version. Now, even on mobile the UX is super clean. I'm excited to see all the new features start to roll out as they polish it up even more and add capabilities such as page customization.

Super responsive and helpful team! They answered every question and even wrote custom code so that our bundles could match our other products. Highly recommend!
Really customizable app; kind of hard to navigate how to change template colors, but Tracy (customer service rep) was very responsive & helpful.
Great customer service! They respond to your initial message within minutes, and then you are chatting live with them. Definitely a tool that is great for small businesses!
