Easify Box Bundle Builder BYOB

We haven't launched our box yet but the set up is fairly straight forward. Customer Service is very helpful and prompt, Kat handled my request. What we can see on the functionality is very exciting and we can't wait to see the sales on this box!

Kendle was great support to help me figure a couple of things out quickly tonight. Overall the app is functional and quite easy to use.

SO far so good. loving this app! its free and amazing to use for my mix and match! Lich was a great help with setup. Linking the button to the front page was easy after his help.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was an extremely disappointing support experience. Despite the many 5-star ratings, the level of support did not match expectations. I’ve worked with Shopify apps for years, and this was the poorest support I’ve encountered. Lich was the person I spoke to. Wow!

The support team took a lot of time to help me and was patient and very courteous. That's what good support should look like.

The app can be a bit finicky with all the options, but their customer service is great and they help you along the way.
