They are very supportive and doing good job.
Very good and easy to use. You can have great help if required.
The app is very easy to use, has a great user experience, and offers lots of customization options—lots and lots—which is really nice.
SCAM! There is no free plan available. It immediately takes you to a subscription even when free plan is selected.
I am very pleased with this app so far. I got some help setting it up from shopify's AI and from Kat on the chat from Easify. There were some minor tweaks that needed to be ironed out but all in all I'm excited for it's potential in my shop.
App works really well, I had a few issues setting it up to how I wanted it but Support was a great help and really quick.

Well thought out app. It lets you make any bundle you like. I especially love the visual editor. It makes it incredibly easy to build a page and shape it in the style of your store.
Support is top notch. Quick and knowledgeable. I had some questions starting my first box and Tracy made sure I was up and running in no time.

We're pretty new to this app but we've trialled quite a few different BYOB/ bundle apps in the past and this is one of the first that meets almost all of our requirements. Their support team is very responsive and great to work with. We had a couple of feature requests and they immediately passed them on to the developers and are keeping us updated.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was an extremely disappointing support experience. Despite the many 5-star ratings, the level of support did not match expectations. I’ve worked with Shopify apps for years, and this was the poorest support I’ve encountered. Lich was the person I spoke to. Wow!
