App lists items that have been sold out causing oversells. App also doesn't have the right quantity for items causing oversells. App doesn't update price if a price changes when restocking items causing items to be sold at the lower original price. Support does not resolve any issues that denies that these problems exist.
I’ve been using CedCommerce for my store and the experience has been fantastic. The setup was straightforward, but what really stands out is their customer service. Whenever I hit a snag or had a question about listing requirements, their team (shoutout to the live chat support!) was responsive, knowledgeable, and stayed with me until the issue was resolved.
