We have been using this delivery ETA app since 2024, and overall our experience has been excellent. The app has helped us display clear and accurate delivery estimates to our customers, which has improved customer confidence and reduced delivery-related queries.
Initially, I had some confusion regarding the lead days settings, cut-off timings, and weekend cut-off configurations, but after understanding the setup properly, everything started working perfectly as per our expectations.
