Nos gustaría aclarar que la aplicación sí permite personalizar el color, los textos, el nombre del botón y otros ajustes desde el panel de configuración. La aplicación también incluye opciones avanzadas, disponibles en el plan Pro por solo 1 USD al mes.
El formulario está diseñado para que el proceso de desistimiento sea sencillo para el cliente final, mientras que el comerciante o propietario de la tienda dispone de un panel con funciones avanzadas para gestionar, verificar y hacer seguimiento de todas las solicitudes recibidas.
Respecto al soporte, podemos confirmar que no recibimos ningún correo ni solicitud de ayuda por tu parte antes de que desinstalaras la aplicación.
