Die Extend B2B Address Book App löst ein echtes Problem im B2B-Alltag: Unsere Kunden können jetzt mehrere Lieferadressen verwalten, direkt beim Checkout auswählen und auch einmalige Adressen nutzen, ohne die gespeicherte Liste zu überfüllen. Das klingt simpel, macht in der Praxis aber einen riesigen Unterschied – weniger Rückfragen, weniger Fehler, zufriedenere Kunden. Da wir auch Dropshipping für unsere B2B Kunden anbieten ist das ein must-have!
Was mich aber wirklich begeistert hat: Der Support ist super und sehr schnell. Ich habe angefragt, ob die App auch auf Deutsch verfügbar sein kann – und das Team hat die Übersetzung tatsächlich umgesetzt. Nicht irgendwann, sondern zeitnah. Das zeigt, dass hier echte Menschen hinter der App stecken, denen der Erfolg ihrer Merchant-Community am Herzen liegt. Dafür bin ich wirklich sehr dankbar!
