seemed great, but minimum credit purchasable is 1000! i only had 100 orders to import, but don't want to pay $75 for no reason!
Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry our standard credit packages didn't align with your specific needs. Our packages are designed for merchants running larger imports, which is why our minimum starts at 1,000 credits.
We reached out via email to offer a custom pricing option for your smaller import, and we are still more than happy to help you find a solution that works for your business.
We installed EZ Importer to help bring in ~480 orders from one of our Canada-based partners... goal being to pick/pack/ship their US orders and reduce overall postage costs.
We found EZ Importer to be *very* easy to use, albeit with a tiny bit of consultation to their help documentation. And whenever we could not identify the proper workflow ourselves (I'm no genius), EZ Importer's customer support team (we worked with Elizabeth) was HIGHLY responsive, courteous, and quite proficient in providing guidance.
I'd highly recommend EZ Importer for my fellow Shopify enthusiasts, as it saved us an enormous amount of time and money!
This is a great app - detailed, functional and with great support. It's saving our team a lot of time in generating draft orders from a spreadsheet to avoid duplicated work.
