This app is fantastic. I've been having problems with shopify's auto abandon cart email and came accross this app. At first I hadn't got the settings right so reached out using the apps live chat and the service recieved was outstanding. Quick, Easy, Cheap! Ported all our triggered emails over from springbot with no trouble, but great user support for any questions you have. It's kind of hard to believe what a slick bargain it is, without sacrificing any polish or usability.
