The experience one has with shopify apps almost always comes down to the expertise of the support staff.
Consentmos support team have been excellent. They fixed a Microsoft requirement that Microsoft couldn't fix themselves.
The only gripe I had was the AI chat support needs to be adjusted to know when its out of its depth, or going in circles, and hand off to a human sooner.

We've been using Consentmo GDPR on our Shopify store and the experience has been excellent. The app itself is easy to configure and covers all the compliance scenarios we needed, but what really stood out was the support.
Georgi from the support team was incredibly helpful when I was debugging a complex analytics issue related to consent mode and Google Analytics 4. He answered every question quickly, provided detailed documentation links, and confirmed technical setups clearly, which saved me hours of trial and error. Exactly the kind of support you hope for when dealing with compliance tools.

Works great. They double check the configuration to make sure its good for california and europe and the rest of the world. Worked with Zeuss to make sure it was good and it was, no fine tuning needed.
