Horrible !
Not only do they scam customers but they also tried to get access to our files and ended up removing our entire store products. We had to literally contact shopify and showed them PROOF that they tried to access from India and tested stuff on the website which they denied.
Their customer service is non existent, they repeat same things again and again. Their Ads service is just as horrible. We used them for 6 months and not only did the sales get reduced the overall quality of ads went down as well
It was a HUGE mistake using them which we would NEVER AGAIN!
Im not sure why I keep trying to work with this company. They did not show up for our Google Meet in July of this year and again today. Its like pulling teeth to get support. I'm sure after this review, they will reply to my support ticket on their portal.
Applicazione ottima. Molto intuitiva, ha tutte le caratteristiche necessarie a pubblicare automaticamente facilmente i prodotti sul Merchant ed un prezzo competitivo. Anche l'assistenza è veloce e disponibile. Bene, bravi!
