Stores need a way to confirm orders after checkout. GRW x Notification sends automated order confirmations by SMS, WhatsApp, or both when an order is placed. You customize messages with order details such as customer name and order number, choose when messages send, and turn automation on or off. Messages are sent to Egyptian mobile numbers on the order. The dashboard shows each message and delivery status. WhatsApp messages use templates that must be approved before sending.
