This app is a hidden gem!
I thought Carti was just a simple AI chat app, but it ended up helping my business in ways I didn’t expect. I run an ergonomic products shop with a limited product catalog, and reading through customer conversations showed me what products people are interested in that we may not have.
What really sets it apart is how well it handles conversations. It feels smart, has solid fallback answers when it does not know something, and transitions naturally into product recommendations without feeling pushy or overly sales focused.
