Very disappointing experience.
The app is full of bugs, and there is virtually no support when problems arise, even if you're paying for the highest plan at $340 per month. What a shame!
I have an issue that is causing me to lose a significant number of upsell sales. After 7 days, not a single developer has been able to investigate the problem, and the only response I keep receiving from support is to "please be patient."
No workaround, no solution, no clear timeline, and no accountability.
This is the first time I've encountered such an unresponsive and ineffective support team, especially from a company charging premium prices. When a bug directly impacts revenue, customers deserve immediate attention, not endless waiting.
I don't recommend this app to anyone who relies on their business running smoothly.
Amazing app! Exceptional support! Since integrating Honeycomb into our Shopify store, we've seen a significant boost in revenue, with a large portion of our sales coming from their upsell feature. The app is user-friendly, highly effective, and has made a noticeable difference in our business. Highly recommended!
Great App! Set up 2 funnels for now and both have generated sales. Easy to use. Support set up the design for free and very quickly.
