Carmen & Adela, we’re truly sorry your Mother’s Day campaign didn’t work the way you expected. We reviewed your account carefully and found that the 15% discount you created was applied to products that were already marked down, which was likely not the pricing you intended. This behaviour is a small setting adjustment rather than an issue with the app itself.
We previously reached out to you via email, and we’d still love the opportunity to help make things right. If you’re open to it, please reply to our email, and we’ll personally work through the setup with you and find a resolution together.
