Wij ervaren de samenwerking met Leat tot nu toe als zeer prettig. Vanaf het eerste contact verliep alles duidelijk, snel en vlot. Voor ons als webshop is dat belangrijk, want je wilt niet alleen een goed loyaliteitsprogramma, maar ook een partner die meedenkt wanneer je vragen hebt of iets wilt verbeteren.
Wat we vooral waarderen, is dat Leat niet zomaar een tool aanbiedt, maar ook actief meedenkt over hoe we het programma beter kunnen inzetten voor onze klanten. Het contact verloopt altijd soepel en helder. Vragen worden snel beantwoord en er wordt proactief meegedacht over oplossingen die passen bij onze webshop.
Voor ShopAndalucia is klantenbinding heel belangrijk. We willen onze klanten niet alleen Spaanse producten aanbieden, maar hen ook belonen voor hun vertrouwen en terugkerende bestellingen. Leat helpt ons om dat op een mooie en professionele manier te doen.
