Managing deliveries across 10 pharmacy locations in a busy city like Cairo is extremely challenging. Super Local Delivery helped us organize and scale our delivery operations in a way that was previously very difficult using manual processes.
The routing, delivery zone management, zone based shipping rates, scheduling, and driver workflows gave us significantly better operational visibility. Our dispatch process became faster, delivery coordination improved, and we reduced a lot of confusion between stores and drivers.

The rider app is simple and practical, though further simplification for non-tech-savvy drivers and an “external delivery route” option for third-party logistics would make it even more powerful.
