Absolutely best in class team at Mage. We have used a few other loyalty platforms in the past and nothing comes close. These guys live and breath ecom and make the process actually painless (the smoothest migration we have ever had, period). They are also willing to customize things to actually fit your brand, which for us was a big deal. The backend is also 10/10 - Our previous loyalty backend was so bad, I never used it. Not the case with Mage. If you're looking for a partner in loyalty, this is the one.
We are really happy with working with the Mage team and getting this program up and running. They are very responsible and professional. Very seamless and the upsell features seem to already be helping with adoption!
Mage Loyalty is hands-down the best loyalty platform on Shopify – and the team behind it is just as exceptional as the product.
From day one, Kris and Graeme have been fantastic to work with. They're extremely responsive and guided us through every step of onboarding and launch, making what could have been a complex transition feel completely seamless.
The platform itself is the best on the market. It's thoughtfully built, with every scenario and edge case clearly anticipated – the kind of polish you only get when the people building it actually understand what merchants need. Whatever we've wanted to set up, the functionality has been there.
When we needed customizations specific to our business, the Mage team didn't push back or point us to a help doc. They worked directly with us to make it happen, which is rare and genuinely appreciated.
And the wishlist feature deserves its own callout — it's the best wishlist solution we've come across, period. Beautifully integrated, intuitive for customers, and a meaningful driver for our store.
If you're evaluating loyalty apps for Shopify, stop looking. Mage Loyalty is the one.
