We use this app for our flower farm clients, and it has genuinely changed how many custom orders we get. Customers find it easy to use, and we get all the details we need to fill each order correctly and keep everyone happy. The fields look beautiful and work perfectly. Jeff is quick to respond and clearly cares about getting things right for his customers. Highly recommend this app for any shop owner who needs custom order forms. :)

Great app and excellent support

We use Magical Custom Fields on our Turkish Shopify store to let customers upload their own images and provide custom order details directly on the product page. This is very useful for our custom-made products and makes the ordering process much easier for both our customers and our team.
The app works well, is easy to set up, and the support team has been very helpful. I requested Turkish translations, and they quickly updated the app to support Turkish language fields. This was a great improvement for our store.
Thank you to Jeff and the Magical Apps team for the fast and friendly support. Highly recommended for stores that sell personalized or custom products.
