A great app. We have big plans for it and with such a simple set up and training of the bot, we were live in no time. Customer service has been very responsive and so far it's been a great success for us. Responses and language are typically excellent.
For a 'no-coder' team it does need to be more simple to implement deeper customisable elements and more powerful integrations with apps like Klaviyo would really help us. Not being able to directly 'add to cart' within the bot (instead it just links to PDPs) is frustrating, but there are fairly regular updates to the app which have so far been well received.

Really happy with this one. Setup took maybe 5 minutes and I didn't need to read any documentation to figure it out. It covers the basics you actually need for automating customer service in an online store, nothing more, nothing less. When I did have a question, the team got back to me quickly over email. Good value for a lean operation.

We evaluated several providers before selecting Molin, and its performance stood out immediately. The speed and quality of its responses were noticeably superior to anything else we tested. We also value how easily customisable the platform is, particularly the ability to train it ourselves to suit our specific needs.
Initially, the inbox functionality didn’t fully meet our expectations. However, the support team took our feedback on board and implemented meaningful improvements that aligned with our workflow. As a result, we’re now very satisfied with that aspect as well.
Overall, Molin offers excellent value for money, combining strong performance, a user friendly architecture and flexibility.
