I've tested many apps, but I consider Monk the best… Today I needed technical support for a code conflict with my theme, and they resolved it as if they were part of my own in-house team. Kudos!
We could not find a cart upsell app that worked well with our Motion theme and other cart plugins. Monk worked great and the customer support chat has always been very responsive to us.
Absolutely insane customer experience with MONK.
Had a completely broken gift feature in my cart — clearly some technical mess on the backend. Expected the usual support nightmare… but nope. These guys jumped in immediately, diagnosed it fast, and fixed it ridiculously quickly.
