Bad service, they do not reply to texts or emails. Leave you hanging. Our shopify POS kept saying failed to load, I tried reaching the customer service, NO RESPONSE!

We’ve been using this app for about a month and it works exactly as expected. It makes it really easy to manage different prices between our POS and online store without any extra hassle. Setup was straightforward, and everything runs smoothly in day-to-day use.

Testing on our dev store. installed app and was up and running 10 minutes. Emailed support some questions specific to our store and bulk updates. Minh responding promptly with help and explanations why the app works the way it does, even made an over night update so its more end user friendly. Early days but looking forward to removing duplicate SKUs from our inventory.
