Wij gebruiken deze App in plaats van de PostNL app omdat deze meer feautures heeft en beter ondersteund wordt. Ook is het fijn dat er support beschikbaar is.
The app works just fine, but I am a bit frustrated with the fact that in the .xls containing all the information about invoiced shipments, all the surcharges, discounts and shipment prices are placed in the same column. This is a hard to read and thus it is hard to understand exactly what you are billed for each shipment.
Myparcel is gewoon een heel fijn bedrijf met super goede service en support. Ik werk al jaren met myparcel en nu met deze app wordt het allemaal nog makkelijker. Ik ben gebeld door Barry en hij heeft me rustig stap voor stap geholpen met het juist instellen van alle settings. 10 sterren!
