I've run into a few issues I haven't been able to resolve myself since this app was first installed on our shop by our website developers. Great tool to split out different Shipping costs for regions within in Zones and ensure we are managing our costs with our couriers. Octolize team were quick to respond to our questions and put in some improvements in the way we had implemented. Quick and easy solution.
