OrderRules has helped our store get much better control over how customers place orders. The per-customer purchase limits help us prevent abuse, protect limited inventory, and keep high-demand products fair for more customers.

The minimum order quantity feature has also been useful for keeping orders more profitable and reducing small orders that create extra operational pressure. The holiday calendar has helped us manage store availability during holidays, blackout dates, and busy fulfillment periods without needing to manually monitor everything.

Overall, OrderRules has saved us time, reduced manual work, and helped us avoid unnecessary order issues. It gives us more control over checkout rules and makes store operations feel smoother and more organized. Highly recommended.

I hit a snag during the initial configuration and Viyana from the OrderRules team was quick to help. Insightful and prompt throughout. The app does exactly what we needed, restricting checkout to our business hours so customers can only place orders when our physical store is open and operational. Great start so far!
