Not the best experience. I ran a couple raffles, and the app didn't function properly. The raffles didn't stop automatically (had to stop it manually). Then, when I chose it to pick the winner randomly, it said I had already chosen a winner, so none of the entries/info was available for me to see. I reached out to the developers three times, tried to give them access to fix it, and then they just stopped responding. Very disappointed.
PineRaffle is super easy to use! I set up a giveaway in minutes and my customers loved the purchase-based entries. It’s a fun way to boost sales and grow my audience.
PineRaffle helped me grow my email list and sales at the same time. The product-based ticket rewards are genius. Simple, effective, and fun for customers.
