The pre order app wasn't always working. So all the settings where correct, and that the button didn't show. Or we had 1 bag already on pre order for over a mounth and the pre-order button disapeart and all the settings where correct..
That definitely sounds frustrating, especially when everything looked set up correctly but the pre-order button still didn’t appear as expected. We understand how important it is for that to work reliably, particularly when you already had an active pre-order running.

This is a great app and very easy to use. The initial setup can seem daunting but if you watch their videos, it's actually quite simple and doesn't take long.
We recently had an issue where our theme had some updates that meant that the pre-order app and the theme didn't like each other and I contacted support and they had it fixed within 20 minutes. Excellent customer support.
