The best part of Prisync isn't just accurate price tracking, it's the price index data. It helped me a lot to see my position in the market product by product and keep my margins high. I actually realized I was pricing way too low on some items without even knowing it. Also support is always there when you need it.
Prisync works well and it is quite easy to setup. In general it deals with all the products very well, though sometimes it needs some manual sorting out the get the most out of it. Though this mainly has to do with the Google Shopping listings which are definitely not perfect. It is nice that there is the option to make some manual tweaks and exclude listings. The dashboard and settings are not very complicated, but it can do every thing you need.
The onboarding was great, Elvan has been a great help along the way.
Our experience with Prisync has been very positive. The platform is easy to use, the features are practical, and the free plan helped us evaluate the tool before moving forward. The team was quick to respond, provided a helpful demo, and was always willing to assist with our requirements. Overall, a reliable solution backed by excellent customer support. Highly recommended.
