While searching for an efficient app for labels and badges, I was lucky enough to come across this app. It works very intuitively, is easy to set up, and offers countless customization options. Since I needed a few custom adjustments and help fixing a small bug with my theme, I contacted support. And lo and behold: quick responses, the right solutions, and professional communication. This app has lots of good function. for putting badge. anywhere on the product page and also on collection page. and the cost is apceptable. good service and fast response from Phoebe.
Premier constat, sur un post du 14/02, vous réagissez le 01/03 ! Vous n’avez jamais répondu à mes alertes, via le support, sur ce problème de virus avant le post ! Donc votre support à des soucis de réactivité.
Sur les faits : Avast à plusieurs reprises a bloqué l’accès à votre module avec alerte d’une menace (ceci à chaque clic). Kaspersky Free a détecté cette même menace et l’a supprimé de mon ordinateur. Ensuite à chaque lancement Avast avait le même comportement.
Je refais un test sur un ordinateur avec Avast, aujourd’hui, à la suite de votre réponse et je constate qu’il n’y a plus le problème.
Les fonctions du logiciel sont intéressantes et simples, mais c’est peu rassurant d’attendre 15 jours pour avoir une réponse sur une menace de sécurité.
Obligation de passer au forfait e plus cher pour avoir le résultat de la souscription gratuite, qui affiche n'importe quoi depuis la mise à jour.
