I have been using Follow Up for a week now and it’s been a great help with managing proofs for custom orders. The workflow is simple and clean. It saves us a lot of time and keeps things organized. Still, a few small features we’d love to see added, but overall, it does the job really well. Also, they have quick support.
Wasn’t sure if people would respond, but they actually did. Especially helpful for those who place personalized or half-finished orders. Definitely added some structure to my post-order process.
The app is super useful, easily the best solution for follow-up invoicing! The team is responsive to queries and can always help out!
