Poor Customer Support, sent 3 support request over a week period with no response
need assistance with syncing transactions. they are not syncing
I have used this app for years now and absolutely find it helpful with my accounting entries syncing with my Shopify. I have had an issue on my site that I couldn't figure out how to fix. The support and guidance that I received from Daniel P. was above and beyond what I expected. I had not only instructions sent to me with links, I acually had help from Daniel behind the scenes fixing things for me and assuring me that if I needed more help to reach out anytime.
