Termination of Service – Switching to Judge.me

Dear Ryviu Team,

We would like to inform you that we have decided to discontinue using the Ryviu app for our product reviews and review feeds. Unfortunately, our experience with your support has been disappointing, and we’ve faced multiple issues without timely or effective resolution.

Additionally, we find your XML file plan to be unreasonably priced, especially when compared to alternative platforms. Judge.me offers a far more affordable and user-friendly solution, which better aligns with our business needs and expectations.

Thank you for your past service, but we are moving forward with Judge.me.

Support is top-tier. The only feature the app is missing is being able to integrate with Klaviyo to send the review requests, or some kind of direct link to review a product.

Used this app for over a year. Worked great initially. The email automation to send review requests now breaks all the time and you won't notice until you wonder why you aren't getting any new reviews and go check to see hundreds of scheduled emails that never send. Support is not helpful in the slightest with the issue. Looking for a new review app do not waste your time.

The masonry style review widget is perfect for my website. Amazon review import was a gamechanger. Dan and Elle were great. Promptly attended to all my queries. Highly Recommended.

Cette App a quelques points forts (l'intégration) est propre mais comme la plupart des autres que j'ai testées, il manque des fonctions importantes.
Impossible de sélectionner le nombre d'avis que l'on souhaite si on ne choisit des reviews que de certains pays. Si au contraire on chsit d'importer une quantité d'avis précise, impossible de choir le ou les pays.
Dans ce cas, il faut importer 500 ou 1000 avis et supprimer. Fastidieux et chronophage.
Il doit y avoir mieux, mais je n'ai pas trouvé.

The basic plan already offers everything I need, from importing reviews to displaying them beautifully on my product pages. Firstly, this software can solve my current problems very well. When I encounter many problems during use, the staff can help me solve them very well. They can even assist you in solving them without your worries. You only need to express your needs, and the staff is very patient in solving my problems. Starting from the free package, I have decided to upgrade the package because they are worth it and are indeed very useful.

This app needs a lot of work as does their customer support! It says they have 24/7 support--they don't at all. have to wait hours for a response. You also have to repeat the issue over and over andthey give a solution that doesn't work. They are not thorough in trouble shooting. I was trying to upload a csv of saved reviews and every word that had an apostrophe in it, had an error code displayed where the apostrophe should have been. They kept saying to do this and that to fix it and no solution worked. Also my reviews are not listed on the actual pages on my shop--just when you click on the product listing do you see the review. Obviously, they should automatically have it programmed to see it in both places.

The csv-import of my Shopify Product Rating app failed. The support answered only 3 days later – as a bot with an answer that didn't even begin to solve the problem. Deleted the app right away.
