The app's customer support is good and responsive. However, the shipping charges are extremely high. They are taking both forward and reverse shipping charges on all shipments. We have delivered approximately 18 orders, and Shiprocket has charged both forward and return shipping charges on every shipment.
Additionally, there is a very wrong discrepancy policy with Shiprocket and its courier partners. They are charging around ₹200 for shipping as well as ₹359 for discrepancy charges. Our product selling price was only ₹599, but Shiprocket took nearly ₹560 in total charges.
Another major issue is that 2 of our products were lost by Shiprocket/courier partners during transit. For the lost products, they refunded only around 40% of the selling price, and that too was credited to the Shiprocket wallet instead of our bank account.
We cannot properly use or withdraw the wallet balance because discrepancy charges continuously make the wallet balance negative. Whenever any refund or compensation amount is credited, it gets adjusted against the negative balance instead of being paid to us. They recover the negative amount first and then credit the remaining balance.
Overall, there are too many charges, unfair discrepancy penalties, poor compensation for lost shipments, and non-transparent wallet settlement practices.
Based on our experience, we do not recommend this app. Sellers should carefully review all shipping charges, discrepancy policies, and compensation terms before using this platform.

You will keep loosing your money and you would not even know and at the end your business will be in huge losses.
1. You create a shipment and put the exact dimenion and weight of your package BUT when the package dimension is scanned in their warehouse there would always be a difference of 1-3 mm because our manual dimension check will always be different from their machine scanned dimensions.
Then they will raise that shipment in Weight Discrepancy and you will be charged an extra KG for that minimal change in the dimension. Then they will impose extra charges for your shipment due to the Discrepancy which are way more higher then the nominal shipping charges.
They give the time to raise the issue to solve the Weight Discrepancy of that shipment but you know what. If it was a matter of few shipments then i can understand but they raise the question on every shipment and if you are shipping 100 order per day then you need a team of 2-3 people to handle these Discrepancy which is an additional expense just for the shiprocket.
I have never faced these Weight Discrepancy issue with Courier partners like Amazon, Trackon, DTDC etc because my box size are volumetric fixed they have been charging me the exact same as per my boxes but do not know why SHIPROCKET is raising Discrepancy for the same boxes in 90% of my orders and since these courier do ignore minimal change in box size but Shiprocket has find this wasy to fill their pockets and loot their Vendors.
For an additional 1 KG Discrepancy weight they are charging me Rs100 to 150 /-. See the Level of Charges and Penalty they are charging under Weight Discrepancy.
This is only successful if you have small package products like jewellery etc. For Medium and Big Versatile products would not recommend at all.
2. Account managers are total Useless they does not anwer your calls.
3. Creating at ticket is a Task since everytime you try to create a ticket it will not be created there will always be an error or some comments by shiprocket due to which you would not be able to create the ticket.
Only Genuine option to resolve the issue is by calling the Customer Care but get ready to waste your 45-50 mins to actually get it resolved.
Would strongly recommend to directly ship from the courier partners rather these intermediary organizations.
