This will be my third time migrating from another subscription provider to SKIO and I would 100% do it again.

The set up is easy, the UX for customers is second to none and their team couldn't be more helpful.

We have jumped from 2% to 22% cancellation deflections due to their clever multi-step cancel flows, plus the ability to embed quick links within emails as well as via customer support is a great feature (among many others).

If you are thinking of migrating, as they say at Nike, JUST DO IT.

Skio is awesome! Matt and Niki went above and beyond a typical software provider, helping us configure a ton of custom solutions for our brand. Skio is hands down the best subscription tool out there. I spent a lot of time researching different options, and since starting with Skio, we’ve been consistently satisfied.

The platform is super intuitive and the UX is great. Also, the level of support is honestly outstanding. Their whole team is incredibly responsive, and they’re constantly rolling out thoughtful feature updates that make a real difference (most of the times from customer painpoints, since they love taking in feedback).

A special shoutout to Elliot, who has been an amazing account manager: always proactive, helpful, and genuinely invested in our success.

If you’re looking for a reliable and high performing subscription solution, I can’t recommend Skio enough.
