Great app so far. Easy to set up. Has drastically reduced customer questions about sizing and I believe has increased our conversation rate

I had a really great experience with the SmartSize support team. They were incredibly responsive, understanding, and genuinely willing to help. I explained my situation, and they went above and beyond by offering a custom solution.

It’s rare to find such flexibility and customer-focused service, especially from a smaller team. You can really tell they care about their users and want to support their growth.

This app has been soooo helpful for my store. I use the 'prediction' quiz which means customers don't need a tape measure to help them find their size. And the customisation is great. It's more important for me that customers go by waist measurement rather than hip and the app allows you to prioritise a specific measurement (in my case the waist) when it recommends their size. Love it!
