Highly Recommend Sparklayer, we were building a B2B only shop for our pro clients with restricted pricing and visibility based on tiers, and the app was perfect for our needs and much more affordable than Shopify Plus.
Their Support team is also top notch! We had a lot of little customizations that we needed to implement and they were able to either help us install them, or point us in the right direction if it wasn't something relevant to their app. Very responsive, extremely friendly, and highly recommend!

One of my downfalls is focusing on perfection instead of "good enough" and setting up our wholesale process took much longer due to trying to find the right set up and workflow. There were many options. Plus for $2k/mo, other softwares that were pretty pricey. All were "good enough" but there were always gaps between how we wanted the store set up, the pricing options, and even connection to a CRM.

Once I found sparklayer, they checked all our requirements and allowed me to get our wholesale store set up in 48 hours, fully gated behind a login. Once you get used to setting up metafields for products, the flexibility of this app becomes obvious.

The best of the best of Shopify apps. Coming from a computer science background, you can just tell that this app is made to a high professional standard. Everything is very well thought out architecturally, and the design is just excellent. What is most impressive, however, is the quality of support. The team is incredibly fast in responding to any requests, often completing tasks that require custom coding within hours.

First of all, the support team have been amazing with helping us get setup with the app - even helping with some custom work. The app itself runs great, especially with the additions of Helcim and Intuitive Shipping! Couldn't be happier!

Would have to say this is a great app, and one we are looking forward to working with in the future. We are waiting for the Sub Account feature as believe this to be integral to the functionality required to make a B2B store work as you would expect it to, but we are promised this soon. Great support, happy to go the extra mile, great user interface. 5 Stars.

SparkLayer has been instrumental for us to build a user friendly and efficient wholesale portal on shopify that's directly integrated with our ERP. The user support from the SparkLayer team has been and outstanding, and they have even added functionality based on our feedback during our onboarding.

We've sold B2C for many years and when adding a B2B channel looked long and hard at the options. In the end we've chosen to build a standalone Shopify site with Sparklayer added. It's VERY good. The UI is thoughtful, the processes are clear and the support excellent. It has everything we need as a smaller company and everything we might need were we much bigger! This is one of those bits of software where you can tell a very skilled team has thrown everything at it, no half measures. I'm writing this because I appreciate that basically! I like paying for good software!

I think it will be great. What I can talk about is the customer service levels. Incredible. Chris helped me all weekend with some tricky implementation. So grateful and has my site looking great. Excellent app for B2B websites. The checkout & ordering process makes it really simple for trade customers to place orders. I had a few customisations to make the app perfect for my store, which was no problem at all for Rhys who was very helpful. Thank you for creating such a great app.

Having tried a few B2B apps, this one stands out as the best performer by a long way. It's on the same site as my retail business and integrates like it was built for my site. UX for the customer is excellent. Other apps feel like you're building a site around their features, this one takes your retail experience and gives it a B2B boost. Administration is very easy and the support team are excellent. This is a very well thought out solution for B2B on Shopify.
