SparkLayer B2B & Wholesale

I can count on one hand the number of times I have felt compelled to write a review. This app is one of them.

I was trying to launch my wholesale store and realized I needed a Shopify store. I then realized that a lot of the standard settings do not work for the wholesale model. I started trying to piece together different apps, each of which only did 1 thing of a long list of requirements.

A fellow business owner recommended this app to me, and I am so glad they did. Not only does this app offer all but 1 of my requirements (I will learn to live without that one for a while), but the team was SO HELPFUL and SO RESPONSIVE that within 2 days or so from installing, I am ready to launch my store. Hooray! The customer service, timeline, friendliness, usability for endusers of my site etc. is off the charts thanks to this app.

Hands down the best B2B app for Shopify. Docs are clear and support is top notch! We needed some custom adjustments and they helped us out right away.

I have tried most of the B2B apps on Shopify but most lack good UI/UX for B2B customers and Sparklayer solves this!

So far, Sparklayer really delivers! I'm extremely pleased with how responsive / knowledgeable the UK customer service is (thanks Ben!). We're still in test mode, but all the features work: the wholesale checkout is robust, customer groups and price lists work as intended. The only thing I'm unable to do is assigning different terms for the same customer group (e.g., I cannot differentiate between preorders and in stock items to let people check out with an invoice if they're on credit card terms - it's a problem for backorders as people don't want to pay in advance for a product that might be shipping in a month). But overall, I highly recommend.

We switched to Shopify some weeks ago and the biggest headache was a functional B2B solution. We already tested 3 Apps, but none of them worked really well. With SparkLayer everything works really good, it looks good, the service is fast and really competent. Just after only few hours I was able to start with the B2B solution, especially because of the fast customer service. Great job! I am thrilled about the app and the customer service

Currently not so satisfied with the app service. Our page suddenly disappeared where customers can sign up to view the B2B section. This page was thoroughly tested through so we know it existed....
The website goes online tomorrow so I open the chat, see the person typing and suddenly no response.

As a customer who recently left Shopify Plus services, we were looking for an app that could fill the void for our B2B customers. Although we're just starting with the app, everything from customer service to the implementation, and ordering has been top notch. Highly recommend giving it a try if you are on the fence.

The single best Wholesale app we've ever used. It's FANTASTIC. I can't get over how simple, streamlined and easy it is to use.

They set it up within 6 hours of downloading it, managed all the website integration which can be tricky sometimes.

Had one small glitch occur and got a response in the live chat within 15 minutes saying what happened and that they'd fixed it.

After thoroughly researching a multitude of wholesale B2B Shopify apps, I felt SparkLayer was the most professional, up to date option. This was not something I wanted to test out 3 or 4 different apps before choosing the best option. After comparing the options I could tell SparkLayer was probably our best option. Another major point of difference was that I was able to schedule a live demo with a real human and it was someone from the actual SparkLayer team, not some outsourced employee from a different country like another demo I had. It has definitely proven to fill all our needs without any issues or conflicts with other apps or feature of our store. The implementation went very smoothly and they installed the code changes in our theme for us in very short time. Even with US/UK time zone differences, support is always very prompt and timely. It also worked very well right out of the box, our first customer we invited to use it was placing orders on it immediately after we invited them, and had no issues logging in and using the SparkLayer interface without any guidance or assistance from us.

Perfect for our B2B requirements but even more so, the level of responsiveness, professionalism and knowledge about how to setup and optimise our wholesale channel has been invaluable. Specific shout out to Alex Dixey who has helped us tremendously. I spent a lot of time looking at a lot of different solutions and Sparklayer has my absolute endorsement and recommendation.

For our webshop we needed several B2B functions. SparkLayer offers these functions in 1 package, which is very convenient. SparkLayer also has great customer service, the team offers quick support with questions and customizations on our webshop. Definitely recommend SparkLayer for B2B webshops.
