SparkLayer B2B & Wholesale

This app is a great option to customize how you manage B2B all from one app rather than getting multiple different apps. The Sparklayer team completely handles setup and are great to work with.

There are a few areas for improvement in terms of customization, as every business handle B2B differently, but overall a great app.

Bit of a mixed bag with the integration and sync elements. The overlay is good when it works, the tutorials are excellent and the support is very good, however we have had multiple issues unfortunately, so I would only recommend if you have a super simple set up.

We started as a D2C brand but as our B2B business got bigger, we were looking for an easy solution to build a B2B shop that could ideally mirror our D2C shop, had some additional features for B2B customers and wouldn't require manually creating and updating each product from our catalogue.
We tried some other (much more expensive) programs/apps that could connect to our Shopify account but we found most of them rather complicated, not really intuitive to use and not really flexible when it came to adjusting to our needs.
That's why we were super happy when we discovered SparkLayer because it has all the functions we were looking for, is very easy to use and implement and keeps on improving constantly, eg. when it comes to new functions. However, the best part is their customer service because they are super fast and helpful and came up with solutions for any issue or idea we had so far.
As the B2B shop is like a mirror or layer on top of the D2C shop, sometimes SparkLayer requires some creative work arounds, for example when it comes to hiding certain content that should only be visible to D2C customers and we would also love to see some additional functions and improvements, for example when it comes to placing preorders for products that are not launched on our D2C website yet but overall, we are very happy with this app and can only recommend it!

The whole team, especially Justas, has been incredible. With a major job for our team, their online chat support, as well as zoom support has been second to none and I couldn't recommend them more if you want to use a system like theirs for wholesale orders as well as Shopify. The system works just as they say and their setup and ongoing management is incredible.

We are using SparkLayer to power our new wholesale store using just Shopify (not Plus). Excellent and feature packed B2B solution for an affordable price. There is a learning curve for using some of the features but they have an extensive knowledgebase with tutorials and very helpful support staff. Highly recommend so far!

My client needed true b2b capabilities but could not justify the high cost of the Shopify plan for this kind of business. Sparklayer was recommended and they have been a joy to deal with. Super helpful, very hands on during startup and always available to help solve problems for my demanding client. Despite a significant time difference, support is very prompt. Really good people. Now if only it would integrate with Shopify POS....

Sparklayer is hands down the best B2B app I've used on Shopify. The setup and integration do take some effort, but it's absolutely worth it. The help documentation is excellent, the customization possibilities are virtually unlimited, and the support team is incredibly responsive and helpful. Once it's up and running, it delivers a seamless B2B experience. Highly recommend!

Great app but it really needs to also have integration with Shopify POS for those who also run a physical store where both retail and wholesale customers come inshore to buy.

this app has helped us to work seemlessly with our B2B clients. the team, especially Ben B have been very responsive and helpful. they have also moved very quickly on suggested improvements. i only wish more 3rd party apps worked with such diligence as these folks.
