Great client support and an easy-to-use tool.
I saw a few improvements that could have been made, and the technical team had resolved the issues within a day.

Excellent App for B2B. Support is top notch and the functionality is great as well. We have a clothing B2B store which gets complex due to the number and nature of variants and it handles it perfectly.
The team is very helpful and answers questions promptly and they also sort out technical issues for you like installing the app, making changes to the settings etc.
Sparklayer is working well for us. It looks good and is definitely giving an improved experience for our customers. There are still a few more features we'd like Sparklayer to develop but the team have been open to taking on these suggestions. Importantly, the Sparklayer team have been great - very responsive and helpful in dealing with any questions or problems to solve.
Awesome product and does what they say. I am having clients now onboard directly and this maximizes my per order income because I dont have to go through a 3rd Party B2B platform that was typically taking around 15% of my sales. Totally worth it and the Onboarding and continued support has really impressed me. All from a real person which has been great. She even checks up on me and my business from time to time which is reassuring.

Sparklayer is the best B2B app I've tried! I downloaded and went through the process of setting up and testing out several B2B wholesale apps, and Sparklayer had the best range of features for the price, hands down. I've taken wholesale orders using their platform now and it was seamless. I was initially worried about the subscription price, but depending on your wholesale volume, it's actually a huge savings over using something like Faire that can take a percentage of your order income. I also like that it lets me maintain control of everything on my own site. Cameron and the support team are amazingly helpful as well! They helped me with a setup call, integrating everything into my site, and even some extra help with coding to make sure everything was perfect. They definitely went above and beyond and are always quick to help!
