The app itself is very intuitive and thoroughly documented. It's possible to install this entirely on your own but we highly recommend allowing the SparkLayer team to assist you.

The app has limitations imposed by Shopify API and SparkLayer is up front about these and provides you with options to work around these limitations with the use of other apps.

We were searching for a B2B solution that was able to handle our complex business structure and Sparklayer has been a breath of fresh air. Sparklayer easily transformed our website into a true wholesale experience for our customers. Absolutely love this app. It allowed me to bring a whole new avenue of revenue into the website by allowing retail stores to purchase through us with this B2B wholesale setup. I have an independent rep who sets up the stores and then the retail locations can access any info they need from the site, or just purchase in bulk at wholesale. The whole process was pretty easy with just a few learning curves. Any issues or learning processes were clearly explained and the customer service, Rhys and Chris, were exceptional throughout the setup and beyond. They even helped with a little customization without any hesitation. Thanks.

Great experience! The app does everything it says and more. There are so many ways to personalize our store via code changes that it feels custom-made - but for a very affordable price. We operate as a multi-language store selling to both B2C and B2B customers, and this app is a game-changer! On top of it, their customer service is above and beyond. They also provide a monthly update with bug fixes and new features. Truly a must-have in the B2B game. The only thing I would improve are added features so that we don't have to use other apps to manage B2B-specific shipping rates and B2B customers sign-up forms with approval. Thanks for everything!!

At my previous job I was a Product Owner for a B2B E-Commerce solution. We went deep on understanding customer pain points and built a bespoke solution from scratch. It took around 12 months and a big budget. When I came across Spark Layer I genuinely thought it was too good to be true, because it solved 99% of our pain points via an app utilising our existing D2C website assets. Even when Chris and the team were helping us to complete installation it felt like there had to be a catch... but it never came. I genuinely can't believe how good this solution is, offering brands an easy way to service their B2B customers without having to build anything new. Love your work, team!

So I haven't been using a lot of other B2B apps but I hope that doesn't effect on how you look at my review. Installing requires a bit of coding, and if you're not very skilled there's a great onboarding meeting that can be booked. It's quite easy to import prices and make adjustments regarding looks and feel of the app. Then to customer support, SparkLayer offers really good support. It's quick and service minded. I would highly recommend this app to any kind of business who would make B2B easy, quick and good looking :-) UPDATE. I want to add a sixth star. SparkLayer offers even more help with coding than before and this is just an amazing sales chanel for every wholesale company!

Amazing solution for adding wholesale capabilities to a regular Shopify account! It does take some effort to get set up, but their process is streamlined and support is excellent. Far beyond other apps we vetted. My ONLY wish is that we had access to process orders as sales reps from the beginning with the starting plan. Some of the settings for shipping charges could be more dynamic but I'm sure they are working on that, as they seem quite proactive in their product support. All in all an excellent, cohesive solution for adding wholesale functionality without needing a separate website. Definitely worth the effort to set up because of extra features being built in, like tiered pricing by customer category, integrated signup page, and a lot more. Highly recommend!

Incredible support from the team at SparkLayer and a great product. If you're looking for a B2B solution, don't waste your time trying the other solutions. I went through that and SparkLayer is clearly the best. The other solutions require work arounds and hacks, SparkLayer works as a (mostly) independent system. It includes all the features you should need. Other apps make you buy add-on apps to do simple things like having a B2B order form. The team at SparkLayer did all the installation steps for me. When I ran into challenges with my set up, or trying to do something out of the ordinary, they jumped in and helped me out. They even spotted mistakes that another app had made and showed me how to fix those as well. The support from SparkLayer has been the best I have EVER experienced for software.

Before finding SparkLayer, I went through almost all the other apps with B2B solutions, but they were either lacking features or the backend was too complicated. I am glad to have discovered this app because not only does it cover all the features we need for our store, it also has a great backend for setup and settings. To top it off, the customer service is top-notch as they helped me out very quickly several times during the setup process. I am happy to make a recommendation – thanks to the whole team, from devs to support staff! Edit: I almost forgot about the extensive help guide library, which is unlike anything I've seen on a Shopify app before. And if you can't figure out how to do something despite this, there's always support waiting to help you. But I'm repeating myself... In a nutshell: This app is amazing. :)

We haven't launched it officially yet, but in the course of set up they have been very responsive, fast and adjusted a few things for me and fixed one of my mistakes. So far, impressed.
