SparkLayer B2B & Wholesale

I don't think I've ever had so many issues with an app not functioning properly in my life. The fact that there is such a major time difference makes it impossible to get immediate help. So its always wait for a few hours, sometimes not quite as long...and then they come back with a fix that they haven't actually looked at the whole problem. So tired of this. I have this app on 2 stores because I didn't want to run a 3rd site, but now I am regretting that decision and will probably just pay for another site and cancel these both after paying someone many hours of work trying to get this to work properly.

The resources, reference material and support that this app provides is amazing. I am not an expert web developer by any means but I have been able to do some amazing things with Spark Layer because of how well they've documented their how-to's and user manuals and references etc.

A couple times I've needed to reach out to them directly for assistance and firstly, their AI chatbot has been able to get me 90% of the answers I need but when I've been stuck, a real person responded very quickly and helps me get the rest of the way.

I was helped today by Daniel and he was super helpful and was able to trouble shoot a coding related issue I was getting nowhere with. He figured it out and I was able to move on with my day! Thanks Daniel!

Sparklayer is an outstanding cost effective solution if you wish to apply B2B functionality to your Shopify store. Once you get your head around how it works its flawless and robust. The Sparklayer team are constantly there for you providing solutions at every hurdle. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this to anyone looking for a B2B solution.. Well done Sparklayer !

Bumpy start with install issues and support not being available straight away but soon fixed and setup properly once they were aware of the problem. Great features and all I need for a B2B store.

This is the best B2B app for Shopify I've found. I've used it for over six months on another e-shop without any issues. Chris, Justas, and the support team are fantastic, always willing to help and very responsive.

This app has been great for my wholesale store needs. I have different inventory between wholesale/retail, so I needed to make 2 stores. Some things I've wanted to do are a little complex, but the support is super helpful and will often make the edits I request if they're too hard for me to do.

Very customizable, which is great, but can be a little daunting to those not familiar with Liquid and CSS. For our few hiccups, the support team has been incredible and very quick to respond. This is a really cool application and allows for a ton of flexibility over our old system!

I can count on one hand the number of times I have felt compelled to write a review. This app is one of them.

I was trying to launch my wholesale store and realized I needed a Shopify store. I then realized that a lot of the standard settings do not work for the wholesale model. I started trying to piece together different apps, each of which only did 1 thing of a long list of requirements.

A fellow business owner recommended this app to me, and I am so glad they did. Not only does this app offer all but 1 of my requirements (I will learn to live without that one for a while), but the team was SO HELPFUL and SO RESPONSIVE that within 2 days or so from installing, I am ready to launch my store. Hooray! The customer service, timeline, friendliness, usability for endusers of my site etc. is off the charts thanks to this app.

Hands down the best B2B app for Shopify. Docs are clear and support is top notch! We needed some custom adjustments and they helped us out right away.

I have tried most of the B2B apps on Shopify but most lack good UI/UX for B2B customers and Sparklayer solves this!

So far, Sparklayer really delivers! I'm extremely pleased with how responsive / knowledgeable the UK customer service is (thanks Ben!). We're still in test mode, but all the features work: the wholesale checkout is robust, customer groups and price lists work as intended. The only thing I'm unable to do is assigning different terms for the same customer group (e.g., I cannot differentiate between preorders and in stock items to let people check out with an invoice if they're on credit card terms - it's a problem for backorders as people don't want to pay in advance for a product that might be shipping in a month). But overall, I highly recommend.
