Do NOT use this app. It is so broken in so many ways. There are so many easy fixes but they refuse to do them. First, you can NOT contact almost any of the suppliers, like really??? You have to do it through customers service which takes way too long and is such an inconvenience. Half the sellers on the platform are not active. So most of the stuff you sell will never ship. It's impossible to tell which suppliers are highly rated and which ones are not (they all have 5 star ratings.... okay, sure). There is no way to see your product connected in shopify. By that I mean in shopify if I want to see my product in Dsers, I can click view in Dsers, or if I am in Dsers, I can click on the product and it'll bring me to that product in my shopify store. There is zero way to do this in spocket. Also, if you try deleting a product in spocket it does NOT delete it in your store and again, there is no way to find it unless you look through each product for it's product image since they do not even sync product titles or anything. Hell, they almost never even sync inventory correctly. There's no "stop selling when out of inventory" option on spocket. I mean it's just INSANE how much the app is missing. Genuinely impossible to maintain a business if you use this app, I'm really not kidding.

Totally disgusting. After months of work, I'm starting to gain credibility thanks to other apòp. Spocket immediately makes me lose my most important orders despite having high inventories. When I place the order, I'm told the product is out of stock, leaving the customer without the product, having to refund and losing credibility. After months of cataloging, money spent on advertising, etc.

I strongly do NOT recommend Spocket. The app has benn barely functioning over a month, especially when it comes to integration with Shopify, which constantly fails or disconnects. For a fropshipping platform, this is completly unacceptable.
The customer suppport is by far the worst I have experienced with any Shopify app. Responses are slow, generic and completly unhelpful. It feels like no one is actually solving the problem.
Even worse, billing management is extremly problematic. Once you subscrube, it becomes very difficult to properly disable or cancel billing plan. The system is dsigned to trap users in subscriptions.
Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. One of the worst apps I have used.

If I could give zero stars I would as I have requested since October to have this account closed and to stop billing and every month they continue to bill my account $99.99. Every time a new payment goes through, I go through the whole process again to stop the billing only to wait a month to see if I am billed again. FIVE months now I am dealing with this and over $500 later I am still not sure if they are going to stop the March billing.

ive deleted and cancelled this app after buying a sample over 3 months ago and I still have not received it. They also keep billing me even though I removed cc information and cancelled. shady shady

2 jours d’utilisation et on me débite ma carte. J’ai contacté le service client, ils m’ont promis un remboursement que je n’ai jamais eu. Le mois d’après je reçois encore un débit alors que j’avais résilié et supprimé l’application. Très déçu de leurs part.

Après vérification, les prélèvements peuvent parfois apparaître lorsque l’annulation n’a pas été finalisée avant la date de renouvellement ou lorsqu’elle est effectuée via le store (App Store / Google Play), qui gère directement la facturation. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Spocket. After one year of using their service and paying $948 for an annual subscription (12/2023 to 12/2024), I only managed to sell 3 products, as all other orders were either canceled or undeliverable.
Throughout the entire period, there were frequent synchronization issues that caused numerous problems. Despite these recurring issues, I communicated politely and attempted to resolve matters fairly and openly.
While the Spocket support team responded quickly, they often could only mediate. Suppliers were frequently unreachable, and there were long wait times. Delivery times were often not met, or products were canceled afterward.
When I wanted to cancel due to these difficulties, I was offered a 3-month free plan. However, this could only be activated if I switched from PayPal to a credit card. After providing my credit card details, I was promised an additional three-month free extension, and the subscription was supposed to continue afterward. Instead, at the end of the contract period, I was charged another annual fee of $948.
The promise of an anytime downgrade option is also misleading, as this only occurs with an additional payment and is credited to the existing plan. Moreover, canceling the plan results in immediate loss of access, despite having paid, and all communication via chat is cut off.
After 4 to 5 back-and-forth emails with a senior customer service representative, I was offered a 50% refund of the $948 Unicorn Plan, which I find outrageous and unacceptable. If the service had been perfect, I would have only needed a Pro Plan for $288, as only 30 premium products were relevant to me.
During my time using Spocket, there were a total of 10 orders, only one of which was fulfilled. The products and service provided by Spocket are not competitive in the European market.
Additionally, it became apparent over time that about 80% of the products come from BigBuy and are merely sub-products on the European market.
To date, there has been no solution, and all communication with the support team via chat is now blocked. Communication is now only possible with senior managers, and since Spocket is based in Vancouver, Canada, there is a significant time difference.
Beware and stay away from Spocket.
In light of this negative experience, I cannot recommend Spocket at all.

Worst experience ever! To everyone who is trying to build a sufficient and profitable store or business, stay away from this ridiculous app. After months of advertising their products, I received my first 20 orders. Their suppliers canceled 30% of them, after weeks of processing and ignoring my messages. 50% of the rest orders are still left on pending after weeks since order placement. Customer support is completely useless, they are just good at saying sorry and escalating the cases. No one ever came back with an answer or even a solution after 1 MONTH of chatting. They cant even communicate with their own suppliers. I have also even sent an official complaint email but of course no one answered. Until today they keep cancelling my orders on products that I spent a fortune advertising. Also, they have sent an order in a different US state address than the one my customer submitted. I lost a lot of money on these scammers and they have ruined my reputation and all my efforts. Stay away!!

I would rather give 0 Stars. Downloaded the app -> cant even browse because you are immeadiately confronted by a pop up to select and buy a subscription.

Now this parasite is forever on our store since shopify says the problem lies in the backend of the app and they cant do nothing.
Now how should I ever remove the app since I cant even log in?

Can`t recommend! The worst platform I have used ever and I have tried them all!
There is not even one thing working properly. Order fulfillment is a big disaster and the fees for shipping and transaction are so high that I have to increase the price so high that the customers wont buy. So I am spending on ads and on this platform a whooping 100 Bucks and I am not really sure for what here!!!!
Even when checking the price suggestions. the suggested retail price is lower than when putting item cost, shipping cost and fees together. I don`t know which light bulb came up with that, but this is just ridiclious.
From 10 Orders, 6 has been canceled and I am still awaiting my refund which they hold back. This is totally wrong
Shipping cost from EU countryx to EU country is higher than any international shipping service would charge.
A warehouse in Spain ships to the US for 8.99USD and to England for 5.99USD. Then the shipping cost from Spain to Germany which costs usually 4-6USD, is charged with crazy 18.99USD.
No one actually cares what price is set and there is no real professionalism behind there!
